Once what was a home to noble Italian families dating back to the 18th Century, has now been transformed into a grand Villa with a few modern comforts, yet keeping the original character of the building with a classic feel décor.
This truly unique Villa would make for an ideal Wedding Reception Venue, family reunion, Honeymoon retreat or even a proposal venue for Historical enthusiasts and Art lovers, with each room exclusively decorated with a gorgeous chair dating back from Louis 16th style to add a real historical and individual feel compared to our other Villas.
Our favourite aspect of this Villa has to be the ‘Postcard Picture Perfect’ view, as the name Villa Positano Panoramica suggests, looks down onto the beautiful Positano Town and Beach, making for the perfect opportunity for each photo to capture the natural beauty of this gorgeous little Town during the daytime, and how Positano changes and lights up in the evening to create a whole new vibe and backdrop for your Special Day.
The Villa is conveniently a brief walk away from the town centre, via several flights of steps for fitness enthusiasts or via a steady inclining slope along the roadside. The location of the Villa offers you maximum privacy, peace and tranquillity.
Layered out over three levels, on the first floor lies the elegantly decorated open plan relaxing Living Room historically decorated with precious antiques and light furnishings and is joined to the Dining Room, where you will find a large stunning marble top table to enjoy delicious typical Italian meals with loved ones. From the Living Room you can access the spacious Terrace, where you can find the picture perfect views across to the beautiful little Town of Positano, and the perfect terrace for you to indulge in Al Fresco dinners, or relax in the afternoon breeze. There is a professional kitchen to allow for the perfect culinary experience for your Special Event. Located on this level is also one en-suite double bedroom.
With eight bedrooms in total, four of which are en-suite, spacious master bedrooms and historically decorated and furnished to keep in the theme and character of the Villa, each with a small Terrace area and gorgeous sea views. Three of which have their own independent access and one with linked access. One single bedroom is also located on this level with an en-suite and large windows with a view across to the Town or Positano.
Due to the layout of the Positano area, it is unusal for Villas to have their own swimming pool Terrace, however here at Villa Positano Panoramica, there is a spacious separate Terrace with the swimming pool to relax under the Sorrentine Sun and has been tastefully decorated with an impressive marble statue of Aphrodite, and relaxing sunbeds. Here you will also find a small Bar area to enjoy an afternoon refreshing cocktail, equipped with a small ice machine and fridge. Next to the bar is a laundry room as well as shower for convenience before use of the swimming pool. Located on this level you will also find another double bedroom and twin room (which can also be made into a double if preferred) both with balconies accompanied by the gorgeous view.
